Resumen
The internship project as a degree option is an initiative that, from the legal point of view, arises from the interest of two institutions: The Universidad Distrital Francisco José de Caldas and the Secretaría de Educación Distrital, executing the management and call to students in the process of career completion to participate as jurors in the various presentations, assemblies, work, experiences, open classes and / or staging that take place in the "School Festival of the Arts 2022", based on the knowledge acquired in the various careers convened and other experiences to get to perform a good job in this festival.
The Universidad Distrital Francisco José de Caldas offers students to be part of this work full of responsibility, since the Bachelor's Degree in Art Education and the Bachelor's Degree in Basic Education with emphasis in Art Education have provided the tools and skills to carry out the proposed activities from the interdisciplinary that manages the career, allowing to see the different artistic perspectives that can be evaluated in the processes with the students participating in the School Festival of the Arts 2022. The artistic proposals of the festival are divided into each artistic area such as: music, dance, theater, literature, plastic and visual arts, each of them focused on the pedagogical development between students from public and private schools in the city and the teacher in charge of the artistic area of the institution.
The work as jury and participant of the festival is organized according to the three stages of the festival, this work consists of the accompaniment and evaluation of the artistic samples of the schools using as tools for the evaluation the previous knowledge and the professional theme of each student of the university participating in the festival. At each stage, the Secretary of Education provides the necessary training to ensure a more organized and unified process.
The first phase consists of the evaluation of artistic samples and experiences, the four aspects selected by the secretariat are evaluated with emphasis on the process worked in the classroom (creative process, communication and expression, staging, staging or experience, contributions to the reflection and construction of artistic processes in the school) in a range of 1 to 25 points, making a total of maximum 100 points. In this stage, a virtual work is carried out dividing the students by localities, assigning each jury approximately 12 to 15 samples.
At the end of this exercise, the next phase begins, developed in person using the matrix and location of the schools given to each one in order to manage the visit on a specific day and choose the winners to move on to the next and final phase. For each locality only one sample per artistic language will be selected, in the last phase the work of the interns will be in the role of mediators, being in charge of the visualization of two samples, while accompanying a complete group of students with the objective of creating memories of the encounters and bonds created from the samples visualized and experiences acquired as participants during these days.
