Resumen
The present work of degree sought to analyze the changes generated in the administrative language of the SENA, that have affected its organizational culture from the implementation of technological tools. The methodology used was qualitative, supported by techniques such as observation, field diary, interview, survey and document review. The context in which the research is carried out is the National Service of Learning SENA, in which the changes in the pedagogical and administrative model were revised from its creation in 1957. Likewise, the characteristics of technological language were identified And the relationship with the administrative and pedagogical language of the entity. In turn, an analysis of the administrative language and its impact on the organizational culture was made. The research was advanced in this entity, taking into account that it exerts a major role in Colombian society by providing training to the country's workers and entrepreneurs and therefore is part of the economic development of the nation
