The focus is on ensuring that interested parties have the necessary information to comply with the required quality standards, as well as the positions and responsibilities of the people who will implement this project. This leads to much more efficient information management and, most importantly, meeting the quality requirements necessary for the project's success, thereby maintaining control and monitoring of all organizational aspects involved.
