Abstract

In the company ECOEQUIPOS within its production process used sheets of large dimensions and high weights exceeding load limits per worker, said sheets are transported between several workers, but its poor handling can not only cause disease but also accidents. That is why a model of transport system based on differential Hoists that allows the transport of heavy sheets and reducing occupational accidents and diseases in this part of the process is proposed. This solution enables the force used to multiply so that the lifting and transport of the sheets can be easily transported from the meeting point of the process where they will be manipulated, generating an increase in productivity since they decrease travel times of the sheets, the sheets will not be affected by handling and will be more convenient for the worker not to have generated overload and ease in transporting the sheets.
