Resumen
This project was aimed, analysis, redesign and update process Contract Management District University Francisco José de Caldas, based on the requirements of the NTC GP1000: 2009 and MECI 1000: 2005; updating the different procedures and requirements documents that are part of the process. Redefining the concepts and processes found, generating as a result the full documentation of the process, improving the diagrams, formats and associated procedures. Integrating the process with the whole system in accordance and alignment with all the work developed by the Office of Planning and Control University Francisco José de Caldas. As an added value assessment procedures of suppliers and updating the manual evaluation and improvement proposals for the manual selection and recruitment and the creation of an assigned in Rectoría unit were added to integrate the three phases of hiring.
