Resumen
The Ministry of Culture (Ministerio de Cultura), in agreement with the Francisco José de Caldas District University, carried out the fourth level of the graduates in musical training with the name of “Creative Dialogues” in six different regions of the country. The purpose of this work is to make an analysis of the process and the activities that were carried out in it, through observation and data collection. Here, the previous guidelines are also covered a little by making a brief presentation of each one in the conceptual framework. For the analysis, a series of questions that were addressed in the course of this work were taken into account. To get to answer these, a detailed observation was made of each activity proposed during the Diploma, both by the teacher in charge and the assisting teachers. These activities were also compared with the proposed guidelines for this level with their predecessors. The fact that the graduates are a meeting point to expand the musical knowledge is specified, since each of these contributes knowledge in the pedagogical method, as well as in the concepts of each of its assistants.
