Resumen
Human relationships are based on interaction in a common space, for this to take place in a positive way, it must be framed by a minimum of respect, empathy and fairness, nevertheless, the constructions that are rooted in the Colombian context at this time account for a mostly traditional religious and patriarchal society, as a result, social relations of all kinds are conducted in conservative, violent, exclusionary and invasive practices that permeate a large number of people and that it seems to be an imposition the “correct” way to handle others and to handle oneself within this common space. This work manages to collect information about homosexuality and its history, fears, fear of rejection and the impact of a patriarchal society on the human development of homosexual people. An analysis is also made of the experiences gathered from social scenarios in which a lesbian woman and a gay man had to face traumatic experiences throughout their childhood, Adolescence and adulthood in such a way that their processes of physical, mental and social emotional development were negatively affected as a product of a patriarchal society, as a result, the setting up of fears, especially the fear of being rejected.
