Diseño e implementación de un sistema de información geográfica catastral con enfoque Multipropósito

Abstract

This thesis presents the developtment of different instruments of action and management, both technical, organizational and financial for the design and implementation of a cadastral geographic information system with multipurpose approach in order to generate tools to support governmental decision-making from the administration and efficient use of the land; according to this, a methodology is presented that addresses the most relevant aspects (organizational, technical, financial, and others) for the execution of the project; for this purpose a proposal was made with several economic alternatives, taking into account financial indicators, as well as a methodology for organizing the technical development activities of the geographic information system (RUP methodology) and a transversal methodology for project management (SCRUM). ) in order to guarantee an effective control of the project.
