Resumen
This internship was developed in the company Full Soluciones Empresariales S.A.S, located in the city of Bogotá D.C, dedicated to the commercialization of goods and services through public and private contracting, having logistics as a research line. The internship was developed in four consecutive phases: the documentation and diagnosis phase, the standardization phase, the modeling phase, and the validation phase. In the first phase, a documentary review of the general concepts of the purchasing processes and public contracting was carried out; On the other hand, the company's purchasing processes were studied, implementing qualitative and quantitative diagnostic tools in order to understand the way of working and to determine if foreign trade focused on imports represents an efficient supply alternative for the company. In the second phase, using the information obtained from the diagnostic phase, the documentation for standardization of the import process was prepared in accordance with the process-based approach established in the ISO 9001 standard, including the production of process maps, process diagrams. and process characterization. In the third phase, implementing the mixed integer linear programming and taking as a reference a real case of the company, a model is designed that seeks to minimize import logistics costs and determine the optimal import frequency that allows obtaining the lowest logistics costs in the process. . In the fourth phase, the model is validated through modeling and experimentation framed in the dynamics of systems, where, based on the mixed integer linear programming model, a Forrester model is developed to be subjected to the simulation of different scenarios of periodicity between imports.
