Abstract

Within this document, a project is proposed with a view to the future, involving different factors and resources that include monetary, human and physical. With an initial projection of five years, it seeks to solve the problem or the need of residents of the Madelena neighborhood to have an efficient and economical public lighting system, through the use of solar energy and incurring reductions in billing expenses In the medium and long term. Following a work path that begins with the approach and identification and subsequent limitation of the problem, then it will be analyzed and selected the solution that best fits the need, which will be based on market, technical, administrative, legal and economic aspects. Finally, with a financial economic evaluation it will be established that the project has a path and feasibility for its realization.
