Resumen
One of the current problems faced by organizations is the inadequate management and disposal of solid waste resulting from their activities, which affect both the environment and public health. The implementation of environmental plans, programs and projects that integrate activities and operations aimed at mitigating as well as reducing the environmental and social impacts caused by their economic activities are the basis of corporate social responsibility of sustainable organizations. however, this environment is not directed to the churches in Colombia since these are not considered companies as such, therefore it is necessary to formulate the first comprehensive solid waste management plan for a religious congregation, aimed at optimizing the solid waste produced and mitigating negative impacts generated in the International Charismatic Mission Church, in order to comply with current regulations, in addition to managing solid waste properly and creating an environmental culture in the organization involving all departments of the organization. For the elaboration of this plan, a diagnosis and analysis of the current management of solid waste is made in the International Charismatic Mission Church in the headquarters of Bogotá D.C, subsequently, the action plans focused on solving the shortcomings found are defined. It should be noted that the efficiency of the action plans is directly related to the knowledge and degree of appropriation developed by the actors involved in waste management. solid in the church.
