This project was developed with the purpose of designing an optimal control system that supplies the needs of the production area in the plastic plant ABC GOTUPLAS S.A. S, since nowadays organizations operate in increasingly competitive and globalized markets, so it is imperative a method that allows monitoring and evaluating the most important processes, managing to measure, assess and make assertive decisions based on sustainable and accurate information about the objectives and strategies established, as well as anticipate possible future issues in their achievement, with the help of technological tools such as a control panel (Power BI). This control system was created through an inductive-deductive methodology, based on a meticulous situational diagnosis of the company focused on manufacturing protocols; the design of the control system is structured in six stages, taking into account different variables that allowed establishing a strategic plan and defining the optimal key performance indicators for monitoring the production process, which will be collected, visualized and analyzed in a dynamic control board in the Power BI tool, obtaining a complete and real-time view of the production status.
