Elaboración de un prototipo de vivienda nueva dispersa de interés social rural para la zona cafetera centro de Colombia que brinde soluciones habitacionales integrales y sostenibles

Abstract

The following document presents the results of the degree work developed in the monograph modality, whose objective was to develop a prototype of new dispersed housing that could be considered as an alternative to the housing design model, established by the National Planning Department, for the acquisition through the Rural Social Interest Housing Subsidy (regulated by Decree 1071 of 2015). The required prototype must comply with the conditions established by the regulations to be acquired through it, guaranteeing integral and sustainable housing solutions and that was in accordance with the environmental and cultural characteristics of the region, specifically in the departments of Antioquia, Caldas , Risaralda and Quindío in the Central Cafetera Zone of Colombia. Based on the results of the bibliographic search and field visits, the environmental characteristics of the region and the elements that make up the identity of the rural coffee house will be established, determinants (controlled) will be established in normative, technical, socio-cultural and environmental terms that they need to comply with the housing prototype, evaluate the need for presence or absence of specified characteristics in the design that allows the harmonization and optimization of the building to finally propose a housing prototype.
