Resumen
This work summarizes five years of learning in the line of research in choreographic direction in the Arte Danzario Curricular Project. My inquiry with the work Vértice, I approach a creative work inspired from my experience and personal fears in the questioning of death; coming to think, debate and be aware of it. In this work the body language of neoclassical dance is used as the central axis, and from there, other types of languages, methods and contrasts existing in the different dance genres are used and, likewise, enrich the compositional structure and choreographic, demonstrating the versatility of bodies and movement to continue reflecting on how to put classical dance into dialogue with those different dance languages such as contemporary dance, theater dance, urban dance and thus see what comes from there.
The creative and choreographic process had one (1) year of preparation to be executed; having a pre-production process based on exploration, dramaturgical construction and analysis from participant observation as a research method. Regarding the work of the dancers, it was based mainly on technique and interpretation. On the production side, there was an assistant director, dramaturgical assistant, stage and lighting designer; thus, achieving a holistic view of the choreographic work, seeking to develop the greatest possible professionalism in the work.
