Conceptualización y diseño del Sistema Integrado de Gestión Social Empresarial (SIGSE) para la Empresa de Acueducto y Alcantarillado de Bogotá

Abstract

The Empresa de Acueducto y Alcantarillado de Bogota, is a public company responsible for the treatment of water and sanitary sewer and rainwater, also works with the community, according to the company, the functional and technical part must go hand in hand with citizen participation to the fulfillment of each project, the delegated area for this function is the Direction Community Management. The Community Management Direction conducts talks, workshops, recreational days and social support in the works carried out by the company, camps and tours in environmental corridors, each one directed according to the type of participants and where it is run; offering these services dealing with issues such as the water system, water route and drainage route. The Community Management Direction collects information on each event carried out and archives it. We want to conceptualize and design the Integrated System of Corporate Social Management where information is easily, and georeferenced information of each program offered, these data are given from the Community Management and then collecting those executed by the Zonal Management at the level Social of the Company. To fulfill the objective, four social programs of the company are chosen, their geographical characteristics are analyzed, the relevant attributes are chosen, a spatial database is formed using the specialized software ArcGIS, for the convenience for the manipulation of the data by the user a web application is created with the information loaded in the ArcGIS online platform.
