Resumen
The purpose of this project is adjust and update the Integrated Management System of the University Francisco José de Caldas, through construction, adjustment and validation of indicators, risk maps and documents associated with specific processes of Interinstitucionalization and Internationalization and Citizen Service, through the advice given to the respective leaders and managers of each department. Proposed Implementation will help growth and accreditation of the University with the appropriate entities, showing how proper implementation of an Integrated Management System is the engine for continuous improvement of the performance of the institution, focused on the effectiveness and efficiency of the processes and the means by which beneficial results, increased profits, improved customer satisfaction, improved resource use and reducing administrative efforts, which are examples of measurable results achieved by greater effectiveness of the processes .
