Resumen
Metrology in Colombia is a nascent science which, in the last 10 years, has become a fundamental piece in the productive and economic development of the country. Institutions promoted by the national government such as the Superintendency of Industry and Commerce (SIC), the National Institute of Metrology of Colombia (INM) and the National Accreditation Organism of Colombia (ONAC) have collaborated in increasing the technical competence of the country in this science, achieving recognition at the Latin American level, which has focused the attention of different higher education institutions in this activity. For this reason, the Francisco José de Caldas District University, through its Technological Faculty, seeks to foster the interest of its students, the different research groups and the student community in general in the development of the Faculty's potential in terms of metrology. To achieve this, it seeks to start with the identification and presentation of the different measurement equipment that the different interactive spaces of the Technological Faculty have, all this in order to present to students and staff in general the metrological scope it has. the Faculty and the different types of measurements that may possibly be carried out at the university.
