Responsabilidad y justicia social en el deporte. estudio de caso: liga de fútbol popular de Bogotá

Abstract

This research is the story of sport for everyone; built by people from the neighborhood and for the neighborhood, who carry out processes with their communities from the leadership and courage for a better society. Football takes a leading role, The Football League Popular (LFP) and its Estrellas de Casa Loma and Montañeros C.B. schools. which They have sport as their pillar as a social and transformative axis. The main objective was identify the contributions of the League to the construction of responsibility and social justice. From the paradigm of phenomenology, in order to guarantee a link with the social problems and the case study as a research method, to create a communication with the community and all its actors. It was used as instruments of information collection: Survey, participant observation and interview. The results were listening to children and young people, how they understand social justice from the rights, duties and values, social responsibility from the contribution of their schools in the well-being and quality of life of their territories and sports for all, as the key to enjoying this right. A proposal for a Model of Management Responsibility and Social Justice, based on results and made for a present and the disposition of a future as an organization.
