Resumen
The following is a report of the internship carried out at the Escuela de Formación Política de la Organización Nacional de los Pueblos Indígenas de la Amazonía Colombiana within its systematization strategy, in which rapporteurs are made to the classes of the module Legal Pluralism. It starts from these rapporteurships to analyze the approach on how the OPIAC School assumes critical pedagogy within its educational practices and, in this way, contextual, theoretical and reflective frameworks are proposed, which shed light on the background of the indigenous movement in Colombia and what critical pedagogy is and implies in social movements. Finally, the reflective framework provides an analysis based on the observations made in the repporteurships and the experience of the intern with the educational environment at the School.
