Abstract

This internship aims to carry out a diagnostic assessment of Compensar’s land-based sports schools, focusing on the design and development of products and services in alignment with the ISO 9001:2015 standard. To achieve this, an exhaustive document analysis was conducted, and validation instruments were applied with key organizational personnel. This undergraduate thesis identifies opportunities for improvement and proposes strategies for their mitigation, following a structured methodological approach. The project begins with the characterization of the land-based sports schools and their respective environments. Subsequently, the level of compliance with the ISO 9001:2015 standard is validated. Based on this evaluation, existing gaps are identified and strategies are proposed to reduce them. Finally, the study concludes with a set of findings and recommendations aimed at strengthening quality processes within the organization.
