Estrategias Para La Movilidad Urbana Sostenible En La Universidad Distrital Francisco José De Caldas

Abstract

Given the need of the PIGA of the FJDC District University, for promoting a sustainable development through its programs, this internship was carried out in support of the line of work of sustainable urban mobility. In the development of the internship, surveys and field visits were conducted to each of the evaluated sites, based on the information from these surveys, a characterization of the student mobilization movements was made with the purpose of strategic progress for the sustainable urban mobility in the university community, taking into account the specific conditions of each of the faculties. Likewise, the SWOT matrix was built, which allowed to consolidate through an analysis the main aspects that glimpse the conditions of the university and that now can be an evaluation of the strong and weak factors that diagnose the opportunities and threats of the use of sustainable transport in the university community. In this way the environmental objectives of the University are met.
