Resumen
The assurance of legal security as well as the land administration have been a topic discussed throughout the years, currently it is framed in multiple CONPES, cadastral regulations and peace agreements. Although, there have been some improvements on legalization and land endowment, there still exist communities that do not have legal security in their territories. Project "Tierra en paz" pretends through the Fit For Purpose (FFP) methodology to expedite processes to access and own the land. The enforcement of the methodology in “Resguardo indígena Santa Teresita Del Tuparro” in 2019 showed the need to develop changes for future surveys on collectives territories, so this document presents a series of improvements focused on analyzing the legal documentation on the methodology enforcement within the current regulations, international documents related and previous experiences, which will allow different roles in the community to have the tools needed to implement the processes in front of the corresponding authorities, and the creation of communitary agreements institutionally approved.
