The arrival of information age has produced in the society remarkable changes in everyday habits to such point of living in a digital world where anonymity is a myth. The technological evolution has brought with it a lot of quantities of information that produce construction of tools that allow their storage and manipulation, nevertheless, it’s too important the development of skills that allow people the data transformation and, in this way, give added value for decision making. In business environment, is necessary plans implementation that integrate all the needed activities for give structuring to manage of such tools, this include the Big Data strategies, the main point of this writing. During this delivery identified the main issues which an organization must consider at implementation of Big Data, from the diagnosis of information’s necessities, identifying the key stakeholders, the inherent risks to this migration, the feasibility of it, among other aspects.
