Summary this project aims at the formulation of the plan of integral management of solid waste for the residential complex first Tabatinga stage, in the locality of Kennedy. Based on improving the processes of separation and disposal of solid waste to the inside of the residential complex, where proposed subscription to the tariff option multiuser for billing to the inhabitants of the residential complex is carried out in accordance with the actual production of solid waste. The methodological development of the project is divided into: the elaboration of the base line, parameters where takes place the characterization and generation of solid waste, diagram of inputs and outputs that determines the environmental aspects, matrix of aspects and environmental impacts and environmental programs. For the elaboration of the draft methodological instruments were: information gathering by public and private entities and the inhabitants of the residential complex, recognition of the area of study, photographic record, and geographical information systems. The methodology established factors involvement and environmental impacts. In response to the environmental impacts were the environmental programs that seek to prevent, mitigate and control progressively the environmental impacts.
