Resumen
The project "BUILD TO GROW, RELEASE TO FLY" highlights the importance of self-recognition, this, understood as a formula of self-liberation to heal and release everything that weighs us down in our mind, body and soul. However, for these abilities to develop, it is necessary to know and identify those emotional wounds that we unconsciously carry in our Being and affect free personal development which distances us from our own interests or bodily realities. Based on the above, the recognition of the primary and secondary wounds that affect our Being at a social and individual level is proposed as the main axis. Consequently, with the above, the author through this project is going to speak from her own experience, using photography and narrative as means of visual and written communication to be able to make the reader aware of how she identified and transited each of the wounds, and how you are were reflected in your body according to your stage and life experience. Therefore, in the project they will find the relationship between expression, posture and the biological change of the body and how this is unconsciously linked to our emotional wound and the reason why it is not perhaps transformed to that body based on in the social, cultural or family stereotype. Now, the author invites us to discover and live the body from a conscious perspective in order to accept it as it is... without adding or taking anything away from it, and thus, distance it from those social and cultural imaginaries that have only distanced us from it. their language; language that is reflected through posture, physical complexion, and illness; That is why the author invites us to learn to communicate with our body through its own history.
