Diseño del sistema de gestión de la seguridad y salud en el trabajo SG-SST en HL Constructora S.A.

Abstract

The main target of this project is to design the system of management of the safety and health in the work for CONSTRUCTION HL S.A. in order to minimize the risks to which the personnel is exhibited every day, to contribute with their well-being and to increase the productivity in the company. Initially a process map was realized in order to know the strategic addressing of the company this way to be able to define the processes of the company for the fulfillment of the targets of the same one. The initial diagnosis shows that the organization does not possess a system of safety and health in the work, what it bears to the industrial accidents and possible occupational diseases of the workpeople of CONSTRUCTION HL S.A Later there realized the diagnosis of the current situation of the company opposite to the demanded requisites Current Colombian legal norms. In order to identify the priorities in safety and health in the work to establish the plan of annual work. After this initial diagnosis one proceeded to design the system of safety management and health in the work, from planning of the system up to reaching its design.
