Propuesta metodológica para medir el grado de transferencia tecnológica en la mediana empresa del sector de plásticos en la ciudad de Bogotá D. C

Abstract

The present Project of Degree is focused in the construction of a methodological tool that allows to measure the level of technological transference in the technical area of the Mipymes of the plastic sector of the District of Bogota DC It was taken into account that for the elaboration of this methodology was realized to review of specialized literature in relation to technological transfer models applied in other countries and two models successfully used in Colombia. Also an analysis of the MSMEs located in Colombia was conceptualized in order to determine their current state. From the above, data were obtained that indicated the main characteristics, sectoral distribution, geographical location and legal framework of MSMEs. The methodology was based on the conceptualization of technology transfer as a process of incorporation to a productive unit of a type of knowledge developed outside it. The productive unit to be evaluated through the instrument is the technical area of the Mipymes of the sector of plastics of Bogota. The methodological tool designed in the present Degree Project, allowed to evaluate the adaptive and full technology transfer as well as the horizontal and vertical, which also measures the level of technology transfer of the companies according to the state of the stage of the process in which Is found, which can be the phase of acquisition, assimilation or diffusion. After the design of the methodological proposal, it is expected that this group as a whole may be appropriate for the entrepreneurs of the MSMEs in the plastics sector for their application, testing and analysis of results.
