Resumen
In order to support the project of renovation and adjustment of integrated management system of the District University Francisco José de Caldas, developed by the SIGUD team advises Office planning and control, work construction, adjustment and validation was performed indicators and risk maps associated with the processes of financial resource management, laboratory management and institutional welfare. Through interviews, review of current information of each process and following the guidelines of the Guide for the Construction of Indicators and Manual for Risk Management, it was possible to obtain as a result fourteen indicators, documented in the sheet format life Indicator, in order to measure compliance with the overall objective of each of the processes in terms of effectiveness, efficiency, and effectiveness, and three risk maps, where quality risks are identified, whether operating guy, compliance, image, strategic, financial or technology; which they were validated and approved by the managers of the management processes of financial resources, laboratory management and institutional welfare. In addition socialization three proposals were created with the intention of raising awareness of the Integrated Management System and thus able to fulfill the mission objectives and ensure the satisfaction of the needs of the university community. During the project it was observed that the flow of information between different agencies is quite poor, the staff working in the institution presents resistance to change and still not know the forms and documents that are already standardized, which is recommends providing training on already established procedures, generating an organizational change and thus make effective use of indicators and risk maps.
