Deconstruir y construir; exploración de la acción en movimiento a través de la danza contemporánea

Abstract

This report presents the work carried out and the conclusions reached during the internship at TE & M Ballet Creativo Academy. The internship aimed to offer a complementary training space for the members of the ballet company, with the objective of introducing them to new dance languages beyond classical technique, through contemporary dance training and improvisation exercises. The proposal sought to provide tools that would stimulate creativity, allowing participants to deconstruct previous knowledge and build new ways of understanding movement. All of this was articulated through the intersection of their personal experiences with the technical and expressive principles of contemporary dance, in order to broaden their interpretative possibilities within the scenic context.
