Resumen
The work presented below is the result of a restructuring and updating of the Teaching Management process, more specifically of the Curriculum Management subprocess of the operations model by which the Francisco José de Caldas District University operates with the purpose of covering all the requirements that presents each of its dependencies, and operate under a collective and functional model under policy 4: modernization of administrative, financial and human talent management, within the framework of the 2008-2016 strategic development plan of the Francisco José District University Caldas In the development of this was documented in a logical and detailed manner the methodology applied to achieve and meet each of the proposed objectives.
As a first step, the procedures, formats, indicators and risks associated with the procedures of the curricular management sub-process contained in the teaching management process of the operation model by processes of the Francisco José de Caldas District University were elaborated, updated and adjusted. the framework of this modernization and in accordance with the growth of the university, it is necessary to expand the administrative staff, for which a survey of execution times of activities that make up the subprocess of curriculum management is made, in addition an update of the risks that can be presented in the process and some recommendations to mitigate the impact of these in the Teaching Management.
