In the current scenario of health emergency with the spread of the SARS COV-2 virus, one of the most shocking elements was the return to face-to-face classes, which has been a challenge for developing countries and especially for rural sectors, due to its geopolitical conditions and characteristics; In Colombia, this area requires a lot of attention and action and for this reason, this monograph proposal is made, to offer information and knowledge to the entire community to reduce the adverse effects of this pandemic. Colombia is a country with many uncertainties and the pandemic has filtered and made visible very well what the needs of its population are, however, it has not had an immediate and timely response from representative political figures to solve these problems, it is known perfectly that in the rural sector the needs are much more acute and precisely because they have distant dates, ignoring and leaving these sectors on hold is the political methodology. Rural schools have had serious problems in addressing the return to classes in person and under the approach to this problem, the following is formulated. Based on this monograph, the FORMULATION OF THE BIOSECURITY AND PUBLIC HEALTH PROTOCOL FOR THE ACADEMIC RETURN IN THE URIEL MURCIA NETWORK, SEDE APOSENTOS, IN THE MUNICIPALITY OF YACOPÍ, CUNDINAMARCA, UNDER THE MODEL OF EDUCATIONAL ALTERNATION. Said protocol was formulated based on the information collected from the municipality and the school, and, according to its characteristics and the context of the territory, since, according to its conditions in social, economic terms, and geographical location, it has many needs and needs. precariousness that has generated limitations for the specific implementation of the alternation model; insufficiencies that are expected to be reduced through -among others- disclosure to the entire educational community (and family members) and the implementation of the protocol. This protocol aims to minimize the negative impact of COVID-19 infections on the development of school activities. Initially, through specific and joint actions and the socialization and updating of these monthly. The municipality of Yacopí is a sector hit by violence and abandonment, for this reason, it is pertinent that it be implemented, and because the school has a very important vision for the development of the economy of the municipality and the education of its community.
