Diagnostico de Gobierno de TI en la Universidad Piloto de Colombia

Abstract

The present project proposes a diagnosis of IT Governance in the Universidad Piloto de Colombia that provides the university with an overview of how its structure is in terms of IT Governance, its alignment of IT processes and resources with the current processes of the University and how it is seen the direction of Technology in function of the fulfillment of the institutional strategic plan. As a result, a document will be structured that will integrate a diagnosis, and recommendations that provide an insight into the importance of having an IT governance model that will help the University to improve the use of Information Technologies, and to optimize and strengthen the technological operation according to the needs of its mission processes.
