Resumen
Analysis of the management and the Institutional Horizon of the Nueva Esperanza school from the graduate component, taking into account its involvement in the work, professional and social environment; it is a research study in order to provide reflection processes, action and improvement from the managerial component, which by its importance leads and generates the route of a broad, ambitious and generous educational process when strategy and planning is spoken. Graduates are the perfect excuse for this study to become real, bearable and with results conducive to the needs of the institution, as they are the protagonists and actors of a continuous improvement from the classroom plan, Annual operational plan and short-, medium- and long-term goals to ensure that they are also a bridge for communication, evaluation and projection with the professional and working environment that is expected to be optimal once they finish their secondary education. For the purposes of this research it is necessary to approach the process from the qualitative methodology and exploratory study because these allow to deepen the histories, behaviors and experiences of the population to investigate, seeking research from its current context and environment; risk-free research is also an ally in this process because the biological, physiological, psychological or social variables of individuals are not altered or modified, allows the discovery of information, clear, responsible and clean, the technique used through semi-structured interviews managed to obtain the necessary impressions addressed from the experiences and reality of the protagonist (graduate) and from the actors who accompanied them (directives, teachers) allowing to link other interesting questions and approaches to the relationship and intention of the information. The results and findings are a pedagogical, social and total commitment to contribute to a better future that the students of the institution can be offered by the school step. In pedagogical terms and more specific for the managerial role, have a closer look at that construction of goals and results designed in continuous improvement, in academic, educational growth and with equitable social projection, prosperous, just and not abandoned that can be talked about and is intended to have by the way in the Nueva Esperanza school.
