Resumen
This research paper analyzed the problems that the early Childhood teacher faces inside and outside of the classrooms, places where they cannot recognized themselves as a epistemic, ethical and political subjects. Through this work we emphasized the concept and the foundations of the Early Childhood. In addition, the subject was observed under the epistemic, ethical and political perspectives that allow the teacher recognized his /her own knowledge and capacities. The role of the teacher as an active subject with moral and political knowledge based on FOUCALTIANOS statements is the beginning of the teacher studies. This means teachers are in a permanent learning to enrich their knowledge and strategies used in the classroom. When the teacher reaches this goal, he/she is able to demand and look for better economic, and labor conditions that should generate positive changes in the quality of the education.
