Resumen
Due to the constant change in the business strategies of organizations, this study seeks to show the data that have been provided during the internship that I have done, where it is intended to review the prediction methods and at the same time the selection of the appropriate tools to perform an analysis of concentration indices. Based on this, we worked with the ARIMA method and Neural Network through the MATLAB program, in order to take advantage of the capacity it offers and the flexibility necessary to capture complex relationships in the data. It is intended to establish, through the data on the telephony market, the analysis of results by the mean square error, thus obtaining the time series that allow improving the competitive indices and pointing to an improvement in decision-making at the level of large telecommunications companies.
