It identifies the opportunity that presents itself to find that although we are in a age of exponential technological growth, where the internet plays a vital role in the operation of many companies, there are many others that do not take advantage of the scope tool has and does not develop methods to grow its sales by means of this. Currently there are small and medium companys in the national market that different reasons do not make their sales through virtual platforms, in turn they evidence a deficit in the supply of some products that the first could supply. We helps the national producer and covers the need for a product in the virtual world. It is for the foregoing that this project aims to perform the analysis of Prefeasibility of a web platform for buying and selling products offered by the Bogota Pymes organized in clusters, seeking to increase the supply of products in the network, boosting prices in the current market and additionally providing opportunity for buyers to have new alternatives to those currently offered.
