Diseño de un SG-SST para ser implementado en la fundación Activate Colombia por medio del PMI

Abstract

This work project aims to implement the SG-SST (Occupational Health and Safety Management System) in the Actívate Colombia Foundation through the project management processes of the PMI (Project Management Institute), which can be used in anytype of project. This answer to the question of the management systems presenting an orderly proposal of eachone of the processes from the beginning to the execution and deliverables in the Actívate Colombia Foundation, thus complying with decree 1072 of 2015. Creating the tool between the implementation of the standard and the administrative processes of the PMI, between the concepts established in the SG-SST making an implementation of the characteristics of the executed projects in which it implements the PMI
