Resumen
This investigation is oriented to enrichment, communication process and social interaction, using developed model for better understanding, those system emphasize in sign language and remark other ways to communicate easily with deaf people, connecting through bimodal and oral communication. FUNES has done a searching in which a woman was involved. That person had a spastic cerebral palsy and hearing loss. She could not communicate and was not self-contained person she always require help and her communication way was poor. The process to help that person was some methods that exist today. The mainly used was TETZCHNER and MARTISEN (1993), TAMARIT (1999), SALAZAR (2000) the process in which the searching was focused mainly adaptation skills, and the way that woman could sustain herself. During the process was really helpful the contribution of searchers as HWO (Health World Organization) 1993, mantilla influence 2002 and Verdugo 1999. Finally the contribution on this field was also influenced by VIGOTSKY (2002) and BERGER and LUCKMAN took real importance. The results showed four categories in which the investigation team realized the importance of created new ways of good communication as well development of news way to improve new strategies of use of language intensifying a better way to convey better the ideas. For people that have hearing disabilities all this is would be impossible without professional help, so the childhood educator is guiding the process of improve and transform the people from childhood to adulthood which contribute the human being in all context.
