Abstract

The project aims to identify failures in the refrigeration systems of cold storage chambers used in the logistics sector for the storage, assembly, and distribution of pharmaceutical products. In order to effectively address these failures, a risk management model will be chosen. Qualitative and quantitative risk analysis will be included in the construction projects of the cold storage chambers, with the objective of identifying the root causes of potential electrical failures, as well as determining their probability and impact. In addition, mitigation measures will be proposed to reduce the impact in case of negative events related to the electrical system. This involves providing suggestions such as preventive measures to minimize the adverse effects of electrical failures.
