Abstract

The manual of processes and procedures of Aycardi Ingenieros Civiles SAS is the result of the internship carried out in this company, which was carried out in a span of four hundred and three hours by means of a descriptive field work, counting on the participation of each one Of the employees in the different stages of the methodology used. The objective for which the manual was designed is to offer the company a work tool that contributes to the fulfillment of the mission, its policies and objectives. This manual is intended for all company officials. It also seeks to have a complete and up-to-date document that establishes a standard method for the execution of the processes and that allows to follow up on the daily management of the organization.
