The development of this business model arises with the birth of the concern of the welfare of pets, since they go from being companions to be an integral part of the home, with this new prioritization arise new needs for pets, which the market must satisfy ; Contrary to this in Colombia there is a clear lack of accessibility in products that add quality and economic accessibility in many of these garments or accessories, so that the creation of CLAF is focused on the standardization of measurements of all sizes of canine or feline pets, in the same way you will also have a more personal option towards the client; "Which is clothing tailored to your pet" with this option we can satisfy the most demanding customers, in addition our customers can choose the tone, texture and type of fabric they want for their clothes; making our service and our garments more exclusive; the second objective of CLAF is to create a portfolio of loyal customers who will have benefits for belonging to this list, these benefits will be reflected in discounts and access to special fabrics and of single use by the client that chooses them, last but not least important the CLAF legalization process will begin.
