Abstract

This work is carried out in order to make known everything related to the development of a quality management system under ISO 9001 2015 for an organization in the metallurgy industry; the company for which this quality management system (GSC) was carried out, did not submit any prior documentation on which to rely for the realization of this work, so it was necessary to determine what information should be sought, built and implemented for such development, thus ensuring that all the documents required for these tasks are done. For companies it is indispensable in the organization, being these assets very important for companies at a commercial and competitive level, in order that the organization can safeguard the knowledge that its employees possess (human assets), through the relevant documentation of whatever is necessary in relation to the processes that they carry out.In case the company wishes to implement the Quality Management System, whether for competitiveness, growth, whether economic or social, among others. This information is contained in this paper and was reviewed and approved by interested parties in order to verify its veracity.
