Abstract

Currently, research and inquiry about new metallic materials is of utmost importance, the demand for better technical characteristics has varied and is increasingly demanding, in turn industrial processes in order to improve production efficiency, determine trends for the development of new technologies. In response to this, the study and development of socalled nanomaterials has begun, which help synthesize and enhance new metals with outstanding specifications. In this particular case, there will be a compilation and analysis of information to understand the mechanical behavior of metallic nanocrystalline materials, the study will be focused on explaining the schemes of elastic and plastic behavior of this type of metals, facilitating the understanding of these phenomena and opening the doors for future research that may be desired.
