Resumen
The present document presents all the results obtained in the administrative support process carried out for the Local Affairs Office of the Institute of Recreation and Sport; which took place in the Ciudad Bolívar locality, where the importance of administrative management in Local Participation Instances (IPL) was analyzed. These instances aim to ensure the presence of IDRD's sports offer in all areas of Bogotá D.C., both urban and rural, in order to reach all social, ethnic, racial groups, among others, and to preserve the cultural diversity present in the city. On the other hand, in order to carry out this process, it was essential to attend the different IPLs to which the IDRD is invited, including: 1) CLG Local Government Council; 2) UAT Technical Support Unit; 3) CLIP Local Intersectoral Participation Committee; 4) COLMYG Local Women and Gender Equity Operating Committee; 5) SCRD Sectorial Board of the Secretariat of Culture, Recreation, and Sport; 6) COLJUV Local Youth Council; 7) CLB Local Bicycle Council; 8) CL AFRO-(CNARP) Local Afro-Communities Council for Black, Afrodescendant, Raizales, and Palenqueras Communities; 9) CLOPS Local Social Policy Council; 10) COLEV Local Aging and Old Age Committee; 11) CLD Local Disability Council; 12) COLIA Local Children and Adolescents Committee PETI (Prevention and Eradication of Child Labor); 13) CL SAN Local Food and Nutritional Security Committee; 14) CL LGBTI Local LGTBI Council; 15) Street Habitability - Operating Committee; 16) Good Treatment Networks Local Subcommittee; 17) Local School Environments Board; 18) METTRAES Technical Working Table for Altos de la Estancia; 19) Local Narcotics Table SPA; 20) Football Stands; 21) Inter LGTBI Table. These instances mentioned are the main items to determine their influence on citizens' knowledge regarding recreation, sports, physical activity, and the sustainability of parks and venues. Finally, through the participation developed during this process, an adequate amount of information was obtained to analyze the importance of administrative management within the IPLs; which allowed determining that despite the IDRD's invitation, it can be observed that the entity's intervention within these instances is not entirely clear, as attendance does not guarantee proper dissemination of information so that citizens are aware of all the offers available from IDRD for respective use and enjoyment regarding recreation, sports, physical activity, and the sustainability of parks and venues.
