Resumen
This degree work presents an approach on the need to provide training to guide Maloka room. The role of a guide from room is vital, since they are the mediators between experience and the visitor, where the main idea is to bring the general public to study science through experiment, play and innovation. To the extent that a visitor to Maloka achieve a connection with the experiences presented there, you will see otherwise sciences, will enjoy them, appropriating phenomena that occur in their daily lives and can thus give explanation. That is why one of the fundamental objectives of the internship was to foster interest, curiosity and the ability to surprise visitors Maloka through oriented International Year of Light activities and its importance in our society and contribute to the enrichment of the explanations through training for guides Interactive Center. The working methodology in Maloka, mainly was based on the accompanying guides room during which they provided support, training on issues relating to physical mainly to the phenomena of light interaction with the visiting public, design and implementation framed in the celebration of the International Year of Light, among other activities. Through activities designed, it was instructed to guide living on the implementation of these measures and the physical concepts involved giving the opportunity to make a feedback that enabled resolve any doubts, strengthening previous knowledge and above all provide a space for learning constructive to be broadcast to the visitors giving it a unique experience where you can learn, play, create and have fun in the same space. As for the results obtained in this work included the efficiency and effectiveness of experimentation in the teaching-learning process, and that led to the reflection and appropriation of knowledge allowing building meaningful explanations for the visitor, becoming a motivating alternative; science work from life situations daily, it helps to promote learning significant. The work done in Maloka, it can be said that non-formal learning environments contribute notably to approach the general public scientific topics eliminating that barrier imaginary between the public and science. Maloka helps create educational programs that foster attitudes, values, skills and forms of social organization, able to generate change and serving the needs of an innovative and inclusive city like Bogota.
