Resumen
The present work seeks to identify and evaluate the land use change and its conflicts in the Pisba National Natural Park in Boyacá by implementing remote sensors. Based on the identified land use conflicts, environmental sustainability guidelines will be proposed which will allow the communities in the area to develop their economic activities to subsist and appropriately satisfy their needs. The methodology was developed according to the specific objectives, in such a way, that for the first of them, which has a qualitative approach, satellite images of the PNN Pisba area from different periods were compiled from the SENTINEL 2 and Landsat 8 satellites, and the land covers were interpreted with the CORINE LAND COVER methodology adapted for Colombia by the IDEAM and SINCHI institutes. These inputs allowed for multi-temporal analysis of the PNN Pisba, and thus determine the change in natural cover in different years. Subsequently, to achieve the second specific objective, whose approach is mixed, interviews were conducted with the community to investigate the activities carried out in the protected area, and social mapping exercises were carried out to spatialize the different dynamics in the territory. In addition, the aptitude of the soils was established through the methodology for the classification of lands by their capacity of use of the Agustín Codazzi Geographic Institute (IGAC) to determine and evaluate the conflicts of the use of the land, for which the cartographic cross between the interpreted coverage was made with the current use and the use capacity mapping layer using a double-entry matrix. Finally, proposals were made for environmental sustainability projects that enable the communities in the area to develop their economic activities to subsist and adequately satisfy their needs.
