Formulación y diseño de un sistema de gestión inmótica en un edificio de oficinas

Abstract

For centuries, offices have been considered as spaces where a certain group of people with knowledge in different areas do their work to manage and administer resources to get the best and possible benefit(social,economic...) for the organization. These spaces, being used by human capital requiere special conditions for allowing employees to work under adequate, safe, and productive conditions. In Colombia,for the purpose of offering dedicated products to cover the requirements that as sure the air quality or indoor enviroment, mechanical ventilation and basement extraction systems are managed and designed for offices building; The methodology to control, budget, and implement the necessary instrumentation for automating the offices´ enviromental conditions and basements in the building is described.
