Resumen
The growing concern for the fate of domestic and wild pollinators has resulted in the establishment of special conservation initiatives by several organizations worldwide. Among these initiatives is the clear and practical dissemination of information on pollinators and the problems that affect them, with the aim of creating awareness among the population so that they can take action in their daily activities to help mitigate the crisis that pollinators are currently facing. Therefore, focusing efforts on the design, creation and implementation of courses on this specific topic that are directed to the entire population is a task of great importance to promote the care not only of pollinators but of the environment in general. However, there are certain limitations and challenges when implementing outreach strategies on this topic, in this context, the work that was carried out during the development of the internship is relevant because it allowed the participants to appropriate this scientific knowledge, thanks to the didactic and methodological contributions that were made and the implementation of the pilot test of the basic course on pollinating organisms, This course was developed under the direction and advice of professionals from the Environmental Education Training area of the JBBJCM's Educational and Cultural Subdirectorate, and covered topics related to the origin, functions and importance of organisms considered as pollinators for ecosystems.
