In the current financial context, the existence of companies dedicated to the preparation of mortgage appraisals as an input in the credit processes of financial institutions are of great importance due to the need to know the real value of the properties to be mortgaged, their extrinsic and intrinsic characteristics. and other attributes that increase or decrease the price of these. In the development of this project, the engineering work of the company SALMER S.A.S was followed up, focused on the field of mortgage appraisals in order to support the realization of the products requested by the company, such as: reports, comparison of market, data organization, among others. In addition, the proposal for the design and structuring of a spatial database was made for the management of the information collected from appraisals between the years 2019 and 2022 in order to migrate said information from robust and inaccessible folders to a space of free circulation between company collaborators, where the information can be consulted and reused in new appraisals that contain similar characteristics with the object of study such as: location, stratum, topography, land area and construction for properties not subject to the horizontal property regime and private area for those subject to the horizontal property regime. On the other hand, the spatialization of the appraisals is carried out through the free software Qgis, which allows the company to observe the condensed points of interest according to the location with the description of the essential characteristics; to carry out this operation, it was necessary to create a code in the Python software that facilitated the extraction of the necessary information to be abstracted in the geovisor.
