Diseño del Programa de Seguridad Vial para la Empresa CTP Medica S.A

Abstract

CTP Medica is a company dedicated to the import and commercialization of medical equipment and devices, in whose activity it contracts personnel for the commercial and sales area. These employees are exposed to road risks during the execution of their duties, so it is necessary for the company to establish preventive measures against these risks. These interventions are regulated in Colombia by law 1503 of 2011, decree 2851 of 2013 and resolution 1565 of 2014, regulations issued by the ministry of transport through it establishes and regulates the obligation of companies to implement a strategic program of road safety, that generates culture in the roads and prevents the occurrence of traffic accidents. It is for this reason that this document is developed, in which a diagnosis is made of the state of implementation in the company, and an assessment of the risks to which employees are exposed, the road safety program is proposed, in the that it is possible to determine the activities necessary to comply with applicable legal regulations. Finally, the company is presented with the action plan recommended to the company so that the implementation and execution of activities formulated in said program can be carried out.
